Jamal "Mally" Gaines, 21, the owner of East Coast Boutique, a sneaker store, at 1546 Irving st. Gaines was shot outside the store Friday night and died at the scene. He had dreamed of becoming a business owner since childhood. No one has been arrested in connection with his death. His funeral was held on Thursday March 3, 2016 in Rahway.
